How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental US. For larger furniture items, delivery may take 2-3 weeks via our specialized white-glove delivery service.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made pieces and final sale items are non-returnable.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and select European countries. Shipping rates and delivery timelines vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to our carrier's website to monitor your package's progress.
Are your textiles machine washable?
